Aero Precision Introduces M16A4 Clone

Aero Precision has recently added a new rifle to the website. The M16A4 has some quality specs behind it and it has a notable change from the chrome lined mil-spec barrel to the QPQ 1/7 twist 4150 barrel. Most likely this is a nitrided barrel assembly from Ballistic Advantage.

I’m a fan. I’m intrigued by the increasing popularity of the full size M16 format. It seems more and more companies are jumping on to it.

I’m curious about Aero’s barrel profile, it looks like an A1. A lightweight 20″ 4150 QPQ barrel seems like a great set up.

    Should come with steel mags

Just five (5) years ago I could not get any 18 or 20 (“) inch lightweight / pencil profile barrels.

Now we have good quality options.

I guess all those letters paid off .. FINALLY!
